removeip script functions incorrectly fixed
Fix for the removip script with functions incorrectly. Caused by the changes with the broadcast ip being added to the addip script (similar code, but not the exact same).
Note the DirectAdmin binary is not updated to this version, so it will still show 1.174000 and not 1.174100, so this update won't change the current version shown in the licensing screen.
